In order for muscles to repair and grow after a hard workout, you have to rest! But in the meantime, you can improve your handeye coordination, reaction time, and critical thinking by playing video games. @sammohog

My favorite thing about this set is that moment where i realize that i can't finish that last rep, but keep fighting anyway. Even if my body isn't going up, I'm getting stronger. This is 50 lbs.

Just a little side update on my VeggieChallenge: last night, i was deciding what snack i wanted, and was leaning towards a small bowl of chocolate chips, but realized I only had 4 veggie points for the day! So i chose a green protein smoothie instead, packed with nutrients. That's why I'm doing this. I want to make the healthiest choices i can from moment to moment, and if a little thing like scoring points helps motivate me, I'm game.
